GENERAL DESCRIPTION
●High performance aluminum (ADC12) die-casting lamp heatsink with good thermal conductivity.
● Aluminum heatsink processed by Akzo Nobel-branded powder coating or DuPont powder coating with high temperature baking afterpolishing, cleaning, oil removal, repairing, sandblasting ,with clear and gloss surface and strong corrosion resistance.
● The chip bottom of heat conducting surface processed by CNC machine to be smooth after powder coated, make the COB plate and heatsink surface to be coincided with better heat conducting and heat dissipating.
● Aluminum shade for Light emitting,use 1.0mm aluminum with spinning forming to be 90 degree or 120 degree and anodize processing.，
● Use 5mm glass with 700℃ high temperature toughening treatment with high impact resistance.
● 100% of exposed screws on the outside of lamp are used 304# stainless steel .pass 48 hours salt spray test.
